Abstract

SrinivasaRamanujanrecordedexplicitevaluationsofcertainquotients of theta functions inhis lostnotebook. MotivatedbytheworksofRamanujan, JinheeYi systematicallystudiedtheanaloguesof explicitevaluationofquotients ofthetafunctionsbydefiningparameters. Inthiswork,wedefineanewparameter involvingtheta-functionsandestablishsomemodularrelationstoexplicitlyevaluatetheparameter.
