Abstract

In this paper, we employ some theta function identities of Ramanujan to establish certain new theta function identities related to the Rogers-Ramanujan continued fraction. Furthermore, we derive certain general formulas for explicit evaluations of the Rogers-Ramanujan continued fraction.
